HDPE Pipe

High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) is the material of choice for long-distance water, slurry, and gas mains where flexibility, fatigue resistance, and joint integrity matter. Our PE100-grade HDPE pipe is extruded from virgin material and pressure-tested to ISO 4427 / ISO 12162 standards.

• Municipal water mains — potable water distribution and trunk lines
• Irrigation — sub-main and lateral lines for drip, sprinkler, and flood systems
• Mine dewatering & slurry transfer — fatigue-resistant under cyclic pressure
• Sea outfalls & marine intakes — corrosion-immune in salt water
• Gas distribution networks (yellow-stripe variant, low-pressure gas)

Joining methods

Available with butt-fusion ends (Ø63 mm+), electro-fusion couplers, and compression fittings (smaller diameters). Our technical team can recommend the right joining strategy for the project's pressure class and installation conditions.

Pressure & dimension classes

Manufactured in PN6.3, PN8, PN10, PN12.5, PN16, PN20, and PN25 per ISO 4427. Diameters from Ø20 mm to Ø1,000 mm (large-diameter to order).
