Our Staff Members

David Nyadzinor

Chief Executive Officer

David is the visionary for Dando Manufacturing. David provides financial and operational leadership for Dando coupled with developing high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives.

He is also responsible for Dando’s governance, operational leadership and will closely coordinate and work with the Board of Directors and senior leadership team and customer network development. He enforces adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics.
David is a professional electrical engineer with over a decade of experience and certificates in “contractual negotiation and competitive decision-making” and “Influence, and Negotiation Strategies.

Laura Weber

International Marketing Officer

Laura Weber is an accomplished international marketer with a wealth of experience in the manufacturing industry. Currently serving as a key member of the marketing team at Dando Manufacturing Limited.

Laura brings a unique blend of strategic insight and creative prowess to her role. Her dedication to excellence and passion for driving global brand awareness have positioned her as a valuable asset within the company.

Precious Wayo

Human Resource Manage

Precious has an outstanding ability to design, implement, evaluate, and maintain the process of work in the office, while sustaining and improving efficiency and productivity.

Precious has an outstanding ability to design, implement, evaluate, and maintain the process of work in the office, while sustaining and improving efficiency and productivity. She acquired her bachelor’s degree in business administration (Human Resource) from Wisconsin University College Accra in 2019. Mary was part of the Human Resource team at the Ghana Community Network Service (GCnet), and has work experience in the construction and telecom industry over the past ten years. She has worked with Imperial Homes Ghana Ltd as an Administrative Assistant, as executive assistant at GKL Ghana Ltd., and at RLG Communications Limited, where she was with the customer service team.

Liu Xixin

Maintenance Manager

Liu Xixin is an experienced maintenance manager with over fifteen (15) years of manufacturing experience.

His role is to ensure that Dando’s facility layout and machinery are
efficiently utilized to their maximum. This includes total preventative maintenance, managing
breakdowns of mechanical, electrical and robotic equipment (including software programming), and
control spare parts inventory and purchasing to eliminate unnecessary spending. Finpeng joins Dando
from South Africa where he is currently wrapping up his assignment as an expatriate for three (3) years
as a plant and maintenance manager for a similar firm.

Wisdom Nyadzinor

Operations Manager

Wisdom oversees manufacturing operations. He has a Master of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Professional Studies, Legon- Accra (2019), and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Valley View University, Accra (2014).

Wisdom worked in retail operations for an OMC as Operations officer for four (4) years. He was part of the team responsible for the management of station inventory, credit control, pricing, and compliance with all regulatory bodies. He holds crucial knowledge in Corporate Reporting Strategies, process improvement, Audit procedures and Strategic Operational Management.
Wisdom oversees the day-to-day activities of the company. He plans, manages, and implements schedules to ensure deadlines are met, and maintains a high quality standard of service production and delivery.

David Opoku Akyeampong

Chief Operating Officer

David is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Marketing Officer of Dando. He has an MBA from the prestigious University of North Carolina’s Kenan Flagler Business School.

David brings a decade of experience in contract negotiations, international business development, operations management, human resources management, growth optimization, emerging markets marketing strategy, and marketing penetration strategies. David brings onboard his expertise from both consulting and industry in the USA. In the recent past, he served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Marketing Officer of Global Village Health and Kairos Insights Group respectively.
David Opoku Akyeampong has a proven track record of collaborating with enterprise customers and C- level executives to coordinate multi-million-dollar initiatives.
